NOVALIS SPECIAL PRIMER by OIKOS is a special, low environmental impact, acrylic primer, ideal for use on non porous substrates on which products have problems of adhesion, such as; zinc sheets, plastic laminates, aluminium, PVC etc. The product is paintable with enamels and other decorative products. It has a low odour level, is non inflammable and friendly to both humans and the environment.
